Registration Information

By registering for the 2027 AAR Annual Meeting, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the AAR Meeting Policies.

All speakers and presenters are required to register for the meeting.

While the meeting will be held in person in Salt Lake City, many sessions, including all plenary sessions, will be livestreamed and recorded for both virtual and in-person attendees to revisit. Registration pricing is the same for both in-person and virtual attendance.

Non-member Residents/Trainees and Medical Students must provide proof of status. A verification letter from your institution or a valid student ID must accompany your registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All registration cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] by March 30, 2027, to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations received by March 30, 2027, will receive a refund of paid registration fees minus a $50 administrative fee. Refund requests received after March 30, 2027, will not be accepted. Registrations and badges are non-transferable. No refunds will be issued for registrations purchased but not used.
