The AAR and APDR are pleased to announce the AAR/APDR Early Career Lecture Exchange Program (ECLEP).

What is ECLEP?

Participants give an invited lectureship at participating institutions in the U.S and receive feedback on teaching from a mentor. All presentations will be given virtually, and there is no monetary remuneration or honorarium.

Presentations are recorded and made available to all AAR/APDR members.

Who is Eligible?

The program is open only to AAR and APDR members who are early in their career (< 7 years after completion of training).

Why Participate?

Participation in this program is an excellent opportunity to advance academic career goals, especially as an early-career faculty member. Participants will be provided an opportunity to present as a visiting professor at a participating program, an important part of many institutional promotion pathways. Likewise, institutions who have faculty participate are also encouraged to accept participants to present at their institution. The topics requested from the participating institutions are broad, including all areas of clinical radiology as well as a range of non-clinical topics, such as wellness, public health, healthcare disparities, hospital management, and quality and safety.
