The AUR and APDR are pleased to announce the AUR/APDR Radiology Career Advancement Lectureship Program (RCALP).
What is RCALP?
Participants give an invited lectureship at one of over 10 participating institutions in the U.S and receive feedback on teaching from a mentor. All presentations will be given virtually, and there is no monetary remuneration or honorarium.
Who is Eligible?
The program is open only to AUR and APDR members who are either:
- early-career faculty (within five years of completion of training), or
- mid-career faculty (> 5 years after training and academic rank no more than Associate Professor)
Why Participate?
Participation in this program is an excellent opportunity to advance academic career goals, especially as an early or mid-career faculty member. It also provides an opportunity to further expand your network. The topics requested from the participating institutions are broad, including all areas of clinical radiology as well as a range of non-clinical topics, such as wellness, public health, healthcare disparities, hospital management, and quality and safety.
Application Process
Applications will open after AUR 2023. We invite active members of the AUR and APDR to apply for the program. More information will be made available in the spring.
